To ensure your orders are processed efficiently and accurately please ensure the following terms and conditions are understood and accepted before an order is placed via our online ordering form on the left of our website or orders placed by phone and email.  * PLEASE NOTE - WE DO NOT DELIVER* - COLLECTIONS ONLY*

Nor CakesNet or any of their employees can be held liable for mistakes in orders if the following terms and conditions are not agreed to:

  • No cakes will be released without payment.

  • You will receive a confirmation sms with name, age, collection time and price.

  • Please respond on errors on your sms.

  • No changes or adjustments within 3 days prior to collection.

  • Orders collected outside business hours will incur R50.00 surcharge.
